Refunds

Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method. We will not refund via cash or cheque. For example, an item purchased through Paypal will only be refunded via Paypal and to the account that made the original purchase. Items ordered via a credit or debit card will only be refunded to the original payment card. Please allow up to five days for refunds to show in the account.

Returning Free Gifts with Purchase and Promotional Offers.

We occasionally offer promotional offers and free gifts with purchase. All promotional offers, e.g. free gifts, must be returned in their entirety. Failure to comply may result in you being charged the full price for the items kept.
Unacceptable Returns

If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy and Approval Guarantee and your statutory rights do not apply, we may not refund you. The item may be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.
